Contacting an Inmate

PHONE CONTACT

Inmates are not able to receive direct incoming calls from family & friends with this phone service. Inmates are required to make collect calls or purchase phone cards from the facility’s commissary service.

Calls made to cell phones may have a tendency to disconnect. The phone service is able to detect 3-way calling and call forwarding which will automatically disconnect the call as these actions are prohibited.

Collect calls cannot be made to cell phones. Collect call billing will appear on the home telephone bill of the party that the inmate contacted.

As a family or friend if you experience any technical difficulties with the phone system please click on the link “SECURUS” located on the right hand side of this page.

EMAIL CONTACT

The facility allows for inmates to send & receive emails through TurnKey Corrections. The cost of sending an email is $.25/email. This is a very quick and cost effective way to communicate with an inmate.

Click on the inmate canteen link located on the right side of the page to access this feature.
