Bail Payments
These options and only these options are available for posting bail at HACTC.
Cash
Cash bail can be posted 24 hours per day for any individual that is physically incarcerated at HACTC. There are no fees associated with posting bail by cash. All money collected is forwarded to the court.
Cash being used to post bail can be inserted in the Turnkey kiosk located in the lobby entrance of the facility.
Bail Bonds
The court may allow certain offenses to be eligible to use a bail bonding agency to post bail. Jail staff or court staff can advise you if an individual’s bail order is eligible to use a bail bonding agency.
HACTC does not advertise for, nor recommend, any particular company and you will have to contact them directly
to inquire about their services and associated costs.
Credit Cards
Bail can be posted using a credit/debit card by using GovPayNet. This option can be accessed either on-line or via phone. Contact information is posted at the jail along with direct links located on our website (www.piercecountynd.gov). It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions set forth by GovPayNet if you should choose to use this service.
